Shrouded in mystery the St. Peters Basilica stands alone as the throne of power for the Catholic Church. The immense weight of this building alone demands ones attention and incites dumbfounded awe. How can humans create such a building of this magnitude.

The secrets of this building may never come to light…

From the Heavens, St Peter’s Square resembles a keyhole. Maybe it’s the key to gain entry into heaven’s gates or some might say that it is the key to unlock unforeseen power.

If only those walls can talk, how many secrets will there be willing to share?
Secrets all pursued in the name of G-D?

Designed by legendary artists Michelangelo, Bernini and Bramante, St. Peter's is the world’s most renowned and largest cathedral built on Earth. From this location, the Papacy commands and guides the 1.5 billion Catholics around the world.

Within this incredible feat of human engineering, perseverance, and ego, the Cathedral contains the burial site of Saint Peter, one of the chief apostles for Jesus. This church has stood the test of time during the reign of the Roman Emperor Constantine the Great. Original foundations were built in the early 4th century, the current Cathedral or the Basilica was started in 18th of April 1506 and completed in 18th of November 1626.

Here is my journey into the heart of the Catholicism
